ISCase.CaseSettings

Description

ID of the short code of type 'Location Category'. These short codes are used as a broad categorisation for the delivery of the case.

Note:

In Profile Client v8 on User Interface ID of the short code cannot be found, but Case Settings can be found in Organisation > Work Centre > Work > Cases > Edit Case > Administrative > General > Case Settings field.
